Brendan practices person-centered therapy and is focused on listening to, connecting with, and encouraging his clients in a non-judgemental manner. He is supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and has experience working with a variety of individuals including those who face anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, disabilities, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. As an individual who is visually impaired and manages chronic health conditions, Brendan brings a unique set of experiences to the counseling environment. His life circumstances have helped him understand how it feels to face stigma and challenging situations, as well as the powerful influence of professional help.
